DocXtractor Training

The Passing of Steven Jobs

The ELO Australia team are saddened to learn of the recent passing of Steven Jobs.

Steven was a great entrepreneur and inventor with an IT career spanning 41 years.

Generations will remember him as the creator of many inventive Apple products such as the iPod, iPhone and the more recent iPad.

His contributions have had a huge impact on the world as we know it and will continue to do so for some time to come.

Our hearts go out to his family & friends at this time.

Cloud or Client or Hosting

Since the word Cloud took hold in everyone’s vocabulary we’ve been asked if we’re offering ELO in the Cloud. Yes(ish) and No(ish) is our answer.
Because of the sensitivity of information and the comprehensiveness of data stored in ELO we don’t recommend Cloud – yet. But we offer web-based hosted solutions. This allows our customers to select the level of services, guarantees “onshore” storage complying with local regulations.
Hosted ELO solutions are increasingly popular providing the customers with the freedom of choice. Last but not least we provide failback solutions for fast recovery.

Obviously we feel with Microsoft when their Office 365 went down.
